My role as your REALTOR® is to help you market your home through online listings, open houses and other methods. At times, I may also provide advice on how to properly stage your home to attract and hold interest from prospective buyers, among other things. I am knowledgable not only in real estate in general, but the local market in particular. I can access and interpret data on current market trends, recent sales activities nearby and all the other factors that affect value. This allows me to set a competitive price on your property, and this also means that you'll have an experienced, informed advisor on hand during negotiations that will follow later. 

Of course, advertising and negotiating are the beginning and end of the sales process, but the middle is just as important. I am familiar with all the federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes which can affect the sales process. While it is possible for you to learn this information on your own, it can be time-consuming and difficult. If you sell on your own and make a mistake in the transaction, it can result in serious legal consequences and financial costs.

Last, as your REALTOR®, I am your professional guide who will advise you on when and how to execute steps within the sales process.
