"When I heard about Meredith I was hesitant to introduce her to my husband because we didn't have a good experience with our first realtor. Anyway, she was referred to me by one of my close friends and we gave her a try and so we met her at our house. Believe it or not, my husband had tons of questions for her and she was able to give us the right answer. We told her what we wanted and she was very straight foward to let us know what we could afford. After gathering all the paperworks we started looking for our future house and that was in October of 2010.. She was sending me listings of houses that I might consider checking. It didn't take that long because one day I got a call from her and she said that I have to come and see this open house...I was so busy at work that I told her I might not make it this time and she told me that I have to see this house. So I made a funny excuse to my boss that I really need to go to Balboa hospital for my check up and he was like, "Are you sure? Today is Saturday?.." and I was like "I really need to go". I finally made it to the end of the open house. When I got there, there were a lot of people checking the house and I knew that it was impossible for me to get this beautiful house.. As soon as I checked the house, she asked me if I wanted to make an offer and I told her that I really want the house but I knew that since I came late for sure somebody is already eyeing this house.. We made an offer that night which was in November 5 and the following day she called me and gave me the good news that I got the house!!.. By December we were already in escrow, and I already gave my husband the heads up that he needs to be home by January to help us move... January 8th my husband arrives and the following day we got the keys. My kids were so excited because when we opened the door there were balloons, cake and champagne.. My kids are still so happy because they love their rooms and the tennis court right in front of our house.. I was overwhelmed because I made a big decision without my husband at home. By February of 2011, Meredith started putting our old house on the market and she did a one time open house and by June of 2011 our old house was sold. During the time that I was buying and selling my husband was overseas and Meredith was always there for me with answers to all my questions. She helped me make sure my decision was right, and of course, I had never ending emails to my husband to give him updates on everything that we were doing. And after a year I was able to refinance to a lower rate.. LUCKY huh!?!... We are BLESSED to have Meredith help us make OUR DREAMS a REALITY.. Now she's my extended family.. When somebody asked how I did it I say, "It's Meredith". I recommend Meredith because she will make your dreams come true!"
